Is the whole villa private?

Yes. Your stay is for exclusive use of Villa La Felice, with six en-suite bedrooms sleeping 12, private gardens and direct access to the lake. We can accommodate up to 18 guests by prior arrangement.

Can we stay with more than 12 guests?

Yes, groups of up to 18 guests may be accommodated by prior arrangement. For 13–18 guests, please enquire before booking so we can confirm the sleeping arrangements, availability and any additional charges for your group.

How do I book my stay?

Choose your arrival and departure dates above, then check availability. For groups of up to 12, you’ll continue to our Cloudbeds booking engine to see available stays, review the total price and complete your reservation. For 13–18 guests, please contact us before booking.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 10:00. If you need a different arrival time, please contact us before your stay so we can discuss the arrangements.

Where can I see payment and cancellation terms?

Payment requirements, cancellation conditions and any stay restrictions are shown in Cloudbeds for your selected dates and rate. Please review these before confirming your reservation.
