Day One — Welcome
Your guests arrive through the afternoon and settle into their rooms. In the evening, everyone gathers in the garden for a welcome dinner prepared by your private chef — local lake fish, handmade pasta, wines from the Lombardy hills, and the kind of long, relaxed meal that sets the tone for everything that follows.
Day Two — Your Wedding Day
The morning is yours. Some couples take a private boat ride on the lake before the ceremony. Others have breakfast on the terrace and let the anticipation build. Your ceremony takes place in the afternoon, followed by aperitivo on the lawn, a seated dinner in the conservatory or garden, and dancing that spills out onto the terrace under the stars. There is no curfew. There is no DJ packing up at eleven. This is your villa.

Day Three — Farewell
A late brunch on the terrace, one last swim in the lake, and a chance to say goodbye properly. Some guests extend their stay to explore Como, Bellagio, or Milan. Serena can arrange transfers, boat tours, and restaurant recommendations for anyone who wants to linger.

Wedding FAQ
How many guests can you accommodate?
La Felice accommodates up to 12 guests across 6 en-suite bedrooms. Five rooms have double beds and one has twin beds (which can be configured as a double on request). For weddings and events, we can host larger gatherings in our grounds and glass veranda, which seats up to 14 for dining.
Can we have a legal civil ceremony at the villa?
Civil ceremonies in Italy must take place at the local town hall (Comune). However, you can hold a symbolic ceremony at the villa in our gardens or glass veranda with stunning lake views as your backdrop. Many couples choose to have the legal formalities at the Comune followed by a symbolic celebration at La Felice.
Do you provide a wedding planner?
We work with trusted local wedding planners who know Lake Como intimately and can help coordinate every detail — from florals and catering to photographers and musicians. We're happy to make introductions and recommendations based on your vision and budget.
What is the closest airport?
Milan Malpensa (MXP) is the most convenient — approximately 1 hour 15 minutes by car. Milan Linate (LIN) and Bergamo Orio al Serio (BGY) are also options at around 1.5-2 hours. We can arrange private transfers on request.
What is the best time of year?
Peak season runs June to September with warm weather, long days, and the lake at its most vibrant. May and October offer pleasant temperatures with fewer crowds — ideal for weddings and events. The quieter winter months (November to March) bring a different charm — misty lake mornings, snow-capped Alps, and complete tranquillity.
